2. Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals aged 18 and older who have access to a valid payment method accepted by Stripe Payments.

3. Account Creation and Membership

• You must create an account to use the Service.
• A valid subscription is required to create, manage, and view your immersive vision board.
• You may access the app up to 40 times per day with an active subscription.

4. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are $11.11 USD, charged monthly or bi-weekly, depending on your chosen plan.
• Payments are processed through Stripe Payments.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

5. Rules of Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal activities.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the Service.
• Spam or misuse the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code and design, is owned by Immersive Vision Board. Unauthorized copying or resale is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee:

• Uptime or availability.
• The effectiveness of the Service for manifestation or visualization purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• User-generated content.
• The manifestation of your vision board goals.
• Issues arising from cellular data coverage or device compatibility.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration, governed by applicable laws.

10. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified of changes via email.
